Refund policy
Physical products
If something’s not quite right, get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange for items that are:
- Faulty
- Damaged in transit
Items will need to be returned unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with:
-Clear photos of the item
-Photos of the packaging (including the outer box)
-The shipping label needs to be visible
This helps us quickly sort things on our end with the courier and get a replacement or refund underway.
We may ask for additional info where needed to process a claim.
Claims for damaged items should be made within a reasonable timeframe of delivery.
Change of mind
We don’t currently offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Digital products
Some of our products are delivered digitally. Because of the nature of these (once they’ve been accessed, they can’t be “returned”), we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on digital purchases.
If you have trouble accessing your file or something isn’t working as expected, reach out—we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
