Shipping within New Zealand

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Orders are packed and sent out within 1–3 business days. Once your order’s on the move, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can keep an eye on it.

Delivery times can vary depending on where you are, but most parcels arrive within a few working days.

Rural delivery

If your address is rural, please make sure you select the rural shipping option at checkout.

If a rural address is entered without the correct shipping selected, your order will be held until the additional shipping cost has been paid. We’ll flick you a message to sort this—easy.

A quick note

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, it’s officially out of our hands—but if anything goes sideways, we’ll always do our best to help.
